Please help us out for the issue that we are holding since last 25 years of FCRA and doing all the compliances and all necessary returns as per rules. from 2021 we are process of renewal and on 28th March we received the mail The competent authority has refused the renewal application Section 16(2) read with Section 12(4)(f)(iii) of FCRA, 2010. First thing I want to know exactly the this public interest clause and what should we do now? It’s very urgent and please help us.
